Who eats popcorn at five in the morning?
In spite of my feeling it went pretty much down the toilet in season five, having flirted with the idea of doing so in seasons 2, 3, and 4, Lost is still an event, and it's the only US drama I've ever watched start to finish as it aired as opposed to some years after the event. Nonetheless, I'm not getting up at 5am next Monday to watch the finale. That's not sane. I doubt many people envisaged their finale event being kicked off with an early night and setting the alarm clock for 4.55am.
ETA. Except perhaps I will be getting up at 5am because my brother wants to: I want to watch the finale in his company, but he has a job interview in London on Tuesday, when the sensibly-scheduled repeat is, and thinks hanging around with his SHINY NEW LONDON FRIENDS is more important than ensuring he gets home in time to watch Lost with me. Really I think people have very twisted priorities sometimes.
