I'm sorry about your blisters. Mine is receding. I don't get them very often but they're bizarre and vexing when they do appear. Shoes ought to be kinder.

Duvets are so complicated. I can tuck it in firmly at the sides and attempt to sleep resolutely on top of it, but I'll still wake up in a hideous cocoon. Also the cat gets stroppy if he arrives on the bed and finds the duvet missing.
