It's that special time of year again ...

... when I briefly regret having nothing to do with Yuletide. I tried having something to do with Yuletide several years ago, but then I casually stated in a public place, as in on LJ, that my requests had been rather vague 'cause being non-vague makes me feel pushy, and a total stranger sauntered up, in an LJ way, and told me that was a really awkward thing to have done and that the person who was writing for me would be suffering, at which point I withdrew from the entire thing and never returned. My fandoms are all too small for Yuletide anyway. (There is such a thing. It happens when you're the only person in the fandom.)
