It works quite well normally, though it's never a total block, but I think the problem is that it works better the longer I take it: I've had a relatively unpainful preceding fortnight, so I didn't take any. I am a fool. It doesn't bother my stomach, which is nice.
The last one I saw was for the marines. There were no women in the advert. I can't remember if the marines have women. I don't want to be in the marines, but the option should be open.
