Tuvok just gave Neelix an origami flower. I sort of squeaked. Tuvok's been a bit neurologically damaged and he's turned into a sort of startled fawn and only Neelix can control him. Neelix is secretly slightly happy because Tuvok is now returning his affection and smiles sometimes. And now Neelix is teaching him to make ice-cream sundaes and souffles. I'm quite sold on Tuvok/Neelix.

And now he's decorated his cake with a diagram of a cloaking frequency. Oh Star Trek. So good at cake.
