* dancing at speed;
* dancing to Beatles songs;
* tapdancing;
* shouting 'HA';
* wearing trousers if you are a woman;
* not crying when you win the fecking dance-off;
* being Bill Nighy.

You automatically forfeit your place if you dance to 'Why Do Birds Suddenly Appear?'
