yonmei at IJ. Once you have been tagged, you have to write an entry with 10 random things, facts, goals, or habits about yourself. At the end, choose 10 people to be tagged. You can't tag a person who has tagged you. (Except I'm not actually doing the tagging bit.)
1. I'm drinking a cup of tea right now. Well, between bouts of typing.
2. I can read the devanagari script, slowly and badly, if you don't count most of the conjunct letters. But I can understand very, very little of what I'm reading.
3. I feel a bit weird sometimes if I can't work out where north is.
4. I never had a blister till I was sixteen, but once my body worked out how to do them there was really no turning back.
5. I hate blue cheese. It tastes of nausea.
6. My favourite smells are tinsel, seaweed, Christmas pudding, steam-engine steam and probably some other things that aren't much coming to mind.
7. I've formulated a ten-point plan for surviving weddings you really don't want to attend.
8. I don't think I'll ever get the hang of reading music. I've chosen to blame astigmatism but not explaining exactly how that works.
9. I'm probably fonder than you are of seagulls.
10. Before I knew the word 'high' I used to say thing that were out of reach were 'too up there'.
