My blood's not weird after all. It's just that my iron supplies are near the bottom of where they should be, just like my blood pressure isn't. Apparently this isn't really an issue but I've been given some iron tablets anyway to see if they make me less floppy, and also a steroid nasal spray to combat my ever-septic sinuses.

I amused myself in the pharmacy by trying to work out what all the other prescription medicines on display were for. Mostly I guessed laxatives. Especially Fybogel and Movicol. And Google tells me I was right.
