Lost 2.something. 7? E4's episode.

This was 'The Other 48 Days'. I liked it but. The but being. As follows. While much of the action was engaging and interesting if necessarily cramped, and Goodwin was creepy, and it seemed to reveal more than any other episode thus far without revealing anything at all...how many tricks did they miss? I would've loved to see touches of what we knew was happening elsewhere. Could the tail section people not have met Ethan or Rousseau? Just once? Or noticed the column of smoke? Could we not have met Goodwin in someone else's flashback?
I'm also becoming increasingly partisan. 'Those kids aren't as interesting as Walt.' 'Mr Eko's okay, but he's not as much fun as Locke'. 'Oh, our hatch is much better than that.' That sort of thing. Our hatch. Chuh. But it is much better than that. It has cheesy music.
And I don't know what They are doing or why they steal people who aren't kids and why they didn't steal people from, you know, the main cast, unless none of those people are 'the good people', or why they waited till Walt was on a raft to take him, and I don't know. Essentially, I don't know. My brother suggests the monster (how I miss the monster) was protecting our chaps. Also the plane made extremely monstery noises when it crashed (and it was very weird seeing Pilotesque scenes again). This ties into a thing I said ages ago about the monster playing on the fears of the survivors. Except the tail section bods never met the monster. What fun they're going to have.
Next week I want to see Sayid maim Ana.

Date: 2006-05-31 01:31 am (UTC)I do like Eko, but Locke is still the favourite.
I am afraid to say anymore, because my opinions of people are all shaped by having watched almost all of season 2, so they're... indirect spoilers.

Bundle the Cat would like to express her undying devotion to Sunflower 6, btw.
Either that or Bundle the Cat is asleep. The two states of being are hard to distinguish from one another.

Date: 2006-06-07 04:04 pm (UTC)The grumpy girl is Ana Lucia. I don't like Ana Lucia. She asked Jack how his father died that basically suggested they might like to have a bit of sex later on the plane. And she licked her fingers. I didn't like that. I hate Jack too though. He is pointlessness itself.
I'm seeing you tomorrow. Yes. Eeeeeeeeee! (I went back and added more eeees to that. It didn't look eeeeeful enough.
