I'm trying probiotic yoghurt, but I don't entirely believe.

I've been having a riotous couple of days dealing with a sick cat (effluvial but unnecessarily keen on being up and about - messy, basically) and a constant headache and some truly stonking bouts of nocturnal nausea and two hours' sleep per night. I'm quite frazzled. But some people have children so you can't really complain. And the parents are away. The brother's here, but when you're the first one up, and you have to be if you're the only one capable of pilling the cat, you end up doing everything. Like, if you start the washing at 8am it might be done in time to catch the last of the central heating, and then you might as well do the shopping while you're waiting. No, hang on. That was complaining.
