BBC Radio 4, 12 noon - I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue Christmas Special (Humph in Wonderland). It'll be very much worth listening to: I saw it recorded last month. I hope very much they leave in most of the singing.

Merry Christmas, all. I'm at that sitting-around-doing-nothing stage and going ho-hum a lot. But later there'll be pudding. Hurrah.

HELLO. My brother's chatting online with his fiancee but he's promised to come back in an hour to an hour and a half. Some present opening has commenced but has now been postponed for the duration. I have STUFF. Yay.

I am in charge of no cooking whatsoever. I'm mostly in charge of sneering at whatever goes wrong, which is much more fun.

Oh, I entirely love Cheddar Gorge and I don't wholly know why but it massively cracks me up. I love that it seems to massively crack Jeremy Hardy up as well. It's so fantastically random.

It was JOY. I'm wishing I'd taped it now. It would've meant excavating blank audio tapes from under a volcanic plug of dust, but I think it would've been worth it.
