I'm wondering whether or not I can be bothered to walk four miles in the rain to talk to people about getting my laptop fixed. Technically I could get a bus. But the walking about in the rain bit's not the issue. Talking to people is one of the issues, because I don't much like doing that, and there's also the fact that I wanted to spend today doing stuff other than spending a couple of hours faffing about in the rain getting laptops fixed. And then there's the question of how long I want to go on spending money to have my laptop working for another fortnight before it dies again, because patently that's what's going to happen. I mostly think I'd be a lot better off learning to use the family desktop when it's available (or just shamelessly hogging it and growling at anyone who comes near) and shunning the internet a bit more than I'm doing right now and having nothing to do with laptops ever again. I quite genuinely don't want another one after this. I'm fed up with them. They make me cross.
In very much disconnected news, my underliney spellchecker thing is taking issue with the word 'internet', which is absurd. Neither does it much like the word 'underliney', but I can see where it's coming from there. Internet. Ah. It wants capitalisation. Capitalization? Oh, now, really. Really is underlined too? How can it not like 'really'?
